This policy explains what information Easton Digital collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, contact us through the contact form.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site — the contact form or the AI Roadmap request — we collect the details you enter. That typically includes your name, work email address, company name, and whatever you tell us about your business and what you are trying to solve.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage information: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, browser and device type, and time spent on pages. This is collected through analytics cookies and is used in aggregate.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the service or information you asked for
- To prepare and deliver an AI Roadmap or proposal where you have requested one
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To send you follow-up communications about our services, where you have agreed to receive them
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor behaviour. Google Analytics sets cookies that record how you arrived at the site and how you move through it. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out add-on. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent they need it. These currently include our website form and hosting providers, our analytics provider, and our email and CRM tools. Each is bound to handle the information appropriately. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and client information is retained for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. To make any of these requests, contact us through the contact form and we will respond within one month.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
